As the unbearable heat of the summer sets in here in Arizona, I feel like July is the perfect time  to escape the heat and head up to the higher, cooler part of our beautiful state.  Also, after just returning from such a sacred experience in the Himalayas of India, I was reminded just how important it is to connect and gather in community, especially as women.  Our time together will be spent experiencing sacred rituals, learning the fundamentals of the Sattva Meditation, as well as practicing daily Sattva Journeys.  You will leave with a personal mediation practice, as well as a personal Mantra.  I'll be sharing deep, ancient, sacred wisdom from the Sattva Teachings, which is all included in the investment cost of the retreat.  We will gather together to share, explore, laugh, cry, and spend time re-connecting to a softer place within ourselves.  All meals onsite are included, and are lovingly prepared fresh by the best chef in Arizona, and all dietary needs will be met.  My hope is that you leave the weekend feeling uplifted, rejuvenated, empowered, and loved.  I have many different room options and pricing options, as well as two Guru-Support slots, so if you're feeling called to join us, please let me know how I can support you in joining us.
